In black fountain pen ink he has penned:  Washington, DC. -- +Amleto Giovanni Cicognani, Archbishop of Laodicea, Apostolic Delegate to the U.S.A. Card measures 5.75"x4.5". In excellent condition. Likely an in-person presentation as reverse card bears the pencil notation Dec 19, 1937.
