DS - Document Signed: Excerpt of two-page diplomatic agreement, this being age two. An agreement between The Holy See and Government Brazil. From the estate of a now-deceased papal diplomat.
Prepared on watermark stationery of the Holy See and features a large paper blind embossed seal with yellow and silk ribbons. An uncommon item and desirable as such. Excerpt reads: We, however, have ratified and confirmed the same convention, which we have diligently examined and found to be in conformity with our will. In whose faith we have solemnly secured this document of ratification with our signature and we order that our sign be affixed to it. Given at Rome, at Saint Peter's, on the 1st day of December, in the year 1998, the twentieth of our pontificate.
