Signed by John Paul II and counter-signed by a pronotary apostolic (notary official of the Secretariat of State). Original yellow and white cords and leaden bulla (seal) intact. This is one of the finest such papal breve we have ever offered in near mint condition. Name of bishop will be furnished to the buyer.
