ISP - Inscribed Portrait Signed: Felici color print mounted to a larger board upon which a calligraphic dedication has been penned to the National Pensioners of Italy organization. Dated 31 March 1959. Nice dark fountain pen signature with the blind embossed papal seal to the left. Overall dimensions are 15.25"x11". Some foxing at the borders where image was under a matboard for decades. Overall in very good condition.
