Reads:  I thank you for the documents you sent to me and ask that you convey, if possible, the reply that I sen to His Eminence the Cardinal D... I remarked on the letter you wrote to me about the dispensation request from Rome for the adminssion of Father Rouselle to the tonsure. I hope the answer will arrive in time but, if it is delayed by current events, I allow you to render the decision. In these hours so serious and so...which we experience, prayers are needed more than ever to God for the good of the Holy Church and for the peace of the world. I ask Your Excellency to accept the homage of my most devoted sentiments.
