Spiritus Rarities features letters, photographs, books and quality memorabilia

of or about leaders in the faith community.

While there is a concentration on the Roman Catholic Church, (the original nucleus of the collection)

there is superb material of Protestant, Buddhist, and Jewish faith groups.

Among these are:

Billy Sunday, Aimee Semple McPherson, Elie Wiesel, Henry Sloane Coffin.

 

Some of the greatest theologians and thinkers are represented:

Yves Congar, Elbert Hubbard, Bernard Häring, Albert Schweitzer, the Dalai Lama, Martin Niemöller, among others.

 

Of particular interest to some collectors are the letters of saints, popes, cardinals and other religious luminaries.
